DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TAXES! SP Payroll & Tax Service is an incompetent, unprofessional, and irresponsible organization. They cannot protect your important financial documents! I have been a customer for over 5 years and have assumed SP was doing everything the right way. When I was audited for unpaid taxes I was shocked, but assumed my tax resource would help me make sense of the significant amount of money owed. SP never answered or returned my phone calls. SP sent me an invoice to get documents required for the audit. In return, SP sent me someone elses W2! Instead of responding to her customer in a professional manner, SP resorted to petty and insulting email exchanges that never answered any of my questions. Unfortunately, another SP customer, my Wife, is dealing with the same audit issues and getting the same unprofessional treatment. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, FIND SOMEONE ELSE FOR TAXES!
