When I bought my new house in 2009, I wanted a gas line ran to my outdoor grill, and my fire pit in 2010. Eric did the installation, was very professional, and I have never had any issues. I just made an appointment to again, have them come out to do service on my fire pit, indoor fireplace and am confident I will not be disappointed. Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Can't stay enough good things! Thank you Rob for you assistance.

I called the service dept. to set up an appt. and discuss my fireplace problem. They offered a possible problem and solution over the phone that resolved my issue and got it working properly without even making a service call. Any other company probably would have just scheduled an appt. and caused a charge for a minor adjustment i was able to do easily. I would ALWAYS call Specialty Gas House with any future needs. My gas fire place was not working. The gentleman showed up on time was very nice. He had it up and running in no time. He also explained in detail everything he did and thoroughly cleaned the fire place along with replacing frayed wires, etc. Very happy with service, would definitely use again and recommend.

PS - pricing was very reasonable for the service - bonus!

This company was amazing. I had a very dirty gas fireplace and they came on time, worked efficiently and charged a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend them. The technician was exceptionally informative and explained everything very well. I will definitely use them again.

Everyone I met was first rate. I purchased vent-free logs and a fireplace door. The sales person, Jason, was knowledgeable and friendly, and did not pressure me into unnecessarily expensive solutions. Jared came to our home to take measurements and help us select finish and styles. He was very patient and helpful. The installer, Eric and his partner, arrived on time and did the installation completely to my satisfaction, and I am picky. I comparison shopped at one other place and never developed the same level of trust, probably because the Specialty Gas House staff does not work on commissions.

I hired this company to install a gas line when I eventually convert my electric range to gas. They quoted me a price which didn’t change, they did the job faster than they estimated, and was very professional the entire time. I would highly recommend!

These guys know EVERYTHING about gas grills! They were able to sell us replacement parts for our 35-year-old gas grill--including the correct burners (not just the ill-fitting "universal" parts available from hardware stores). They also sell high-quality, "lifetime" and Made-in-USA new grills.
