The store has a lot of great products but the staff if less than helpful and often times rude to customers. The last two visits to the store I was barely helped and even insulted in front of other customers while asking a simple question. The customer service leaves much to be desired. I would rather just order supplies online. Sometimes the shopping experience means more than the products in the store. I will probably never return.
