Great management staff and food were less notable

We were seated almost immediately however the table we were seated to had the bucked of dished on a seat but it was otherwise clean. The rolls which is my favorite part were alittle too dense instead of light and fluffy. The waitress did a good job of service but my steak was closer to rare than medium rare, which I could live with, and my dad's steak was very fatty, which shaved his 11oz to a 7oz... Separately each is permissablw but it all added up to be fissapointing. However, then the chef, and two managers came out to check on the situation. Because we enjoyed our food moderatly we settled for a basket of fresh rolls that were finally cooked right and the free appetizer coupons. We won't give up on this location just yet
