Provided by YP.comHate it! Emergency maintenance men don't speak English! Didn't have heat when I first moved in and it took forever to fix!
Now emergency maintenance phone goes straight to voicemail, there is no office number to call it goes to corporate, any maintenance issues have to be addressed through email, people in the office is rude and lie on you. Lady in the office said she couldn't renew my lease (not that I wanted to) due to a traffic complaint that was supposedly put on my door numerous time and when I asked her for a copy of each one she could not produce them because she lied about it. I'm an 8yr vet that works and goes to school and bothers no one in the neighborhood and I am beyond happy to be moving!
Find proper housing for the people here and tear this place down!

Lived in Studio (1 1/2 years)
Pros of Studio:
All electric, with only a water bill you pay with rent.
You may ask for a full size fridge.
Efficient if you're in a crunch and need refuge for a year, tops.
Application was accepted within a day.
Friendly office staff, in my experience.
Maintenance more efficient with new staff. Make sure you call your work orders in. If no one gets back to you within a week, talk to the office ladies. They're great!
I have had no problems with crime, personally.
Office always gives you at least 24 hour notice before they enter your unit, if able.
Cons of Studio:
It was NOT mentioned when I signed the lease that they had the contract with a towing company that could take my car... overnight at that!! I honestly thought my car had gotten stolen when I woke up to go to work.
Constant maintenance issues. Sometimes maintenance is quick, sometimes not so much. I have never had emergency maintenance answer my call when needed at night or on weekends.
Absolutely no reimbursements for problems involving hot water or tubs. If you can't shower for (x) reason(s), tough luck.
Apartment had roaches, and fleas in the carpet from the stray cats outside that the tenants feed on the sidewalk RIGHT OUTSIDE MY UNIT. Some apartments have reported bed bugs.
Mini fridge is... mini.
Gas stove is very small.
Few cabinets, and small amounts of counter space.
SMALL sink for washing dishes.
No baseboard heat or central air. All heating/cooling is through window/wall units that definitely do not heat up the small units during winter.
Solicitors come frequently.
Carpets look dirty and old, paint jobs are shoddy, electric bills are ridiculous during the winter time.
Strangers have knocked on my door at 3 in the morning looking for previous tenants, neighbors, etc.
Lights from cars and emergency vehicles wake you constantly if you don't have thick curtains.
You hear EVERYTHING. People outside your window, talking, walking, playing music, etc.
Exterminators may not come to your unit, even upon request.

Provided by YPmobileThese apartments are deplorable! Inexpensive, yes but not even worth the low rent. The management is unprofessional and irresponsible. Our building is infested with cockroaches and has yet to be treated properly for them. They sent a 3 day notice when rent had in fact been paid and our check cashed. How do errors like that occur? Our pet fee was waived when we signed the lease but a month later we received a letter saying we were in default of our lease because we had pets. The grounds of the complex are not kept clean. We reported trash being dumped along the back of our building when we moved in. 5 months later and the pile is not only still there but growing. The only gas for our unit is for the steam radiator heat. We chose to not start gas service until time to use to heaters to avoid the $25 service charge. The management sent a letter again saying we were in default of our lease and threatened eviction if we did not have service turned on. The apartments are aesthetically a nightmare. Kitchen cabinets are mismatched, crooked, have paint smears. The refrigerator is rusted out on one side. Flooring is old, stained and full of gouges. The neighborhood is full time of drug dealers. There have been 2 shootings in the 5 months we have been here. They property manager gave us a big song and dance about how the apartments were under new management and they were fixing the place up. I have yet to see any evidence of that. The water bill is shared by the entire building and billed based on a ratio of how many people live in your unit. Even though we are extreme in our water conservation our bills do not reflect that. This is the most horrible living experience of my life! I have never had landlords as disengaged as they are here. Would never, ever recommend anyone live here! Doubt we will make it to the end of our lease. *I gave them one star only because it won't let me submit the review without doing so..but they do not deserve it!

Provided by YPmobileThese apartments are HORRIBLE!!! do not move out here. Its ghetto, too much drug activity and violence goes on out there, not to mention the apartments are terribly infested with bedbugs and roaches!!! They don't even come out and exterminate. These apartments are the WORST!!! not even worth the amount of rent you have to pay!!! I wouldn't advise anyone to move out there.
