On my way to what I thought wa...

On my way to what I thought was going to be a delightful lunch, I parked in the Bexley Centre parking lot in front of a sign that read 'Customer Parking Only'. Since Frank's Diner was in this Centre we thought we would be fine. However, we were confronted by the store owner of the Chabad Torah Center/Bakery (which I thought was a cute looking store and had interest in checking out after lunch since I appreciate a small business as much as anyone else). Anyway, this woman told us we could not park there since we were not coming into her place of business. To which I replied with two issues 1) The sign does not clearly state that the parking spot belongs to her store front (approximately 3 spots down actually and we paid attention not to park in from of the sign that did read "Torah Center Parking Only."). 2) I intended on stopping in after I finished my lunch. This woman was wholly unpleasant and replied with 'You're not interested in what I make. I serve Kosher food and you do not like/are not interested in it.' Completely offended that she would accuse me of such things without having any knowledge of who I am (basically judging me from my appearance) I told her that her Kosher food was because of a religious reason and I questioned her about religion. "Isn't religion supposed to be about tolerance and acceptance and you're judging me based on no knowledge of who I am

I was completely offended and will not be found shopping at this establishment.

I was basically told not to shop in the bakery. I feel this Bakery/Center is only welcoming to those of their faith/background and not to any others outside of it.

Minutes later my friend pulled up to meet us for lunch, parked in the same space we were asked to leave, and he was not questioned at all... hmmm does this have anything to do with the color of his skin?
