A big fat zero rating for Twistyle. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was a customer for a little over a year and after yesterday's incident I am no longer a customer.



During my experience at my last appointment in April, I was on time and had to sit for 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I felt Angie was rushed. My highlights were smeared and blotchy and she didn't highlight the back of my hair, just made it all one color.



Yesterday, I was on the phone with my dad on my way to my appointment at 3:00pm. He delivered some bad news about his health and I was emotional, needless to say had to pull over. After hanging up with him I received a call from Twistyle saying Cady was canceling my appointment because I was 12 minutes late. This upset me. They didn't ever ask if I was in route or what the cause was of me being late. No personal touch. I expressed my anger by telling them it was unfair and they could have at least offered to cut my hair.
