I have been waiting on a 1500 dollar check for over a week. Put all my mail on hold and yet they somehow don’t have any idea where any of it is and they told me straight up even if they did it was illegal for them to give it to me. When I complain to the manager she just interrupted me so I would shut up and told me she would call me later that day. Never got that call. On top of that the African amaericn girl behind the counter was yelling racial slurs to people telling them they could only speak in English in the office. When the branch manager came out who clearly had to have heard it. She said nothing. When I tri e to tell her what happened she kept interrupting me. They tell people who have been waiting on keys for months and already paid that there is no record of their keys being placed. Today I went in to find my check and they told me there was no hold on my mail et when I call customer care they say it’s there clear as day. If they do not find my mail in the next day I will be filing a lawsuit against them. Customer care has also stated they will send it to the district attorneys office as well. This is ridiculous. How is it illegal to pick up my mail. What’s illegal is for them to refuse to ha d it out and steal checks

If you live in the 43224 zone, for the love of God, DO NOT have packages shipped to your home. Have it shipped to your work, a friends house or family members'. Hell, you have a better chance of getting your package by shipping it to a Frat house on campus.

This postal office is the saddest excuse of a shipping facility in existence. I've had 3-4 packages shipped to my home (the last 3 were accidents-forgot to correct the shipping info) and NOT ONE OF THEM HAS EVER MADE IT!

As for your mail, I suggest you deal with any important mail/bills online because 43224 is a lost cause. Whether or not we receive our mail is a total crapshoot. We've gotten our neighbors welfare checks, bank statements and I even heard a neighbor received another's HIV test results.

These postal workers are either extremely dyslexic or simply don't care about their job. (Certainly the latter) Theres probably a bunch of workers in the post office blindfolded randomly dropping mail in bins. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING IMPORTANT THROUGH THIS FACILITY!!! You've been warned!

The mail carrier doesnt care where he delivers the mail on Ward Rd or not , We havent had mailed delivered since last Sat. and this is Thur.I know Mon was a holiday but the rest of the week isnt.I went to the post office but didnt seem to do any good, The supervisor said he didnt know why he didnt deliver the mail, Well duh , find out why,

absolutely the worst post office, even fellow mailpersons agree. I would give it no stars but apparently you have to give it at least one star

Also one of the WORST places in the city to have your mail routed through or to try to ship anything out of. Typical wait to pickup or mail a package, at least 30 minutes, i've waited over an hour just to pick up a box that they didnt deliver to my house. Also the woman who runs our mail route is a real B I T C H
