We provide full services in foreclosure clean up by following simple principles like efficiency, dedication, goal orientation, hard work, and providing professional services all the way to meet HUD, Fannie Mae, Fredd Mac, and VA standards and guidlines. Owned and operated with a clear and concise understanding of the home loan industry, as well as the past, current and future housing market. Here at V.P.P we treat every REO/HUD property as if it were our own home, i.e with care and with one goal in mind, that is to make it the better and more attractive property in the area.
