I would never recommend this store (or Verizon as a whole) to anyone.

This store in particular is run by young kids who travel between several different locations so you can never get the same person twice unless you want to drive 30 miles out of your way. The sales people are cold robots that are only concerned with their commission- not the customer. They have a terrible selection of phones and accessories at the store (they advertise things they don't have), but they will allow you to pay there and drive to another store to pick up your purchase. Who wants to drive to Lewis Center from Reynoldsburg with gas prices over $4.00 a gallon?! (They don't want to give their commission away to another sales person).

I purchased a phone 2 years ago and never received my $50 rebate that I sent in for, even after calling about it. I was told that I would receive a $50 in store credit by the sales person, who wasn't there the day I went to purchase the phone. He (Nick) wouldn't return my calls that day, however he answered right away when the sales person I was working with at the store called him. He lied to me and the sales person, saying he would "try" to give me a credit. BS!

I have a friend that works for the same "authorized dealer" company- he told me they could easily negotiate $50 without "going into the negative" as the sales girl led me to believe. Even after telling her I would be cancelling my contract with Verizon, she never showed any signs of compassion or empathy for my frustration. After having several other bad experiences with Verizon, the least they could do is honor a rebate that they offered and I never received. I wasn't asking them to give me the phone for free. A multi-million dollar, international, publicly traded company can't afford to give the me $50 rebate I'm owed?! Because of this experience, we will be switching carriers effective the date our contract expires.

PS- If you do decide to go with Verizon (STRONGLY advise against), buy from a Verizon store NOT an authorized dealer. If you take your "authorized dealer" purchased phone into a Verizon store they treat you like you have an inferior product and are even less likely to help you.
