Since Bob is no longer working on site it seems to have gone down hill. They wont give quotes on the phone, expect you to get your non running car there for them to do a quote and if you don't like price you gotta have it towed off again. Paid $200 for a tow on Friday, told Chris would work on it Monday,well he is off on Monday and Tuesday so now my car will sit. Bob would look up the parts and price over the phone and let you know estimate without car being there. Juan is not a mechanic. The tire guy who claims to be a manager is very rude.
