Pooch Parlor has always done a wonderful job on my pets. When my pekingese died they were so very compassionate and thoughtful. My animals have loved going there and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I brought my dog in for a bath and brush after setting an appointment and explaining what I wanted. I showed up and dropped off my dog and they asked again if I just wanted a bath and brush and I said yes along with nails. They asked again and I said once again yes. So off I go. When I return, I find my dog shaved of all of his distinctive fur features being a lot Chow. They simply butchered him to the max and then when it came to the nails one wasn't even trimmed and others were still too long. The worst part of all was she apparently also did ears as his left ear after this visit was giving him fits. He was in pain and if I went to touch the back of his ear, he yelped in pain. This place is a true nightmare. I was traveling from out of town and had know idea what I was getting myself and my poor dog into. I hope this will be of help to any other unsuspecting customers.
