They did a great job on the installation in our kitchen. During installation there was some breakage, and they returned the following week to replace the broken piece, no hassle, no problems whatsoever. The price was great (we shopped around quite a bit so we know this to be true), and the quality is excellent.

We also had a horrible installation and customer service experience with Alcamo. They installed the granite in our kitchen. Several years later, the granite in front of the sink began to crack and chip. Someone from Alcamo came to inspect it, and accused my wife of standing on the granite. He was nasty and obnoxious. Since then, I had a stone restoration company attempt to repair the damage, and ultimately I have to replace the countertops. Both told us that the granite was not installed properly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Extremely poor workmanship and customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars.

After using Alcamo many times over the years for work done in my homes, they messed up big time. They installed a granite countertop in my outdoor kitchen in my backyard. As soon as I got home I went to check out the new countertop that was just installed it was shattered all over the concrete ground. I called Alcamo and they blamed it on my 8 year old son who was not even home at the time. They did not properly install the countertop, they should of supported it with brackets but instead left a 12 inch overhang with no support. They would not reimburse me or provide me with a new counter, so I had to use a different supplier. In the end I lost $2,400. I would not recommend Alcamo to anyone. they were extremely nasty.

THE BEST, I have used Alcamo for a complete backyard makeover, from a new pool, center staircase that leads to the pool, 4 curved retaining walls, patio's, 15 years later, I'm still as impressed as the day they completed the transformation.

As for there Marble & Granite, you can't beat Anthony & Vito, they go out of their way to please the customer, if your not happy, their not. My front portico is gorgeous, curved granite platform and stairs, the granite at my rear entrance leading to my addition, unbelievable. It dosen't stop there, they did my Kitchen, hallway, family room and garage.

I don't shop around, I go straight to Alcamo, no question about it.

I am truly a satisfied customer, and No I was not paid to write a review. Everyone that I recommended Alcamo to has been extremely pleased. PERFECTION SHOULD BE THERE MIDDLE NAME.
