Terrible laundromat lost my clothes and when it came back items were missing. Sandra was rude and yelling when I told her the item was missing. Don't go there because the service is horrible. Employees are rude and nasty.

Wow! Lorraine and the team at Commack Launder Center really impressed me! They are by far the best wash & dry service on this PLANET. I love going in and talking to the owner, Jeff. This other review seems biased! Perhaps a competitor set them up since I've never had any problems with the center. Thanks for the hard work!

WORST ever!!!! First off they gave my clothes to someone else!!! The old lady was not apologetic at all. In fact she was actually rude to me and I was being BEYOND patient with this woman. Any other customer would probably have flipped out. I requested to speak with the owner and she would not give me his number. She said she would have him call me and needless to say....no call back. When she finally figured out who she gave my clothes to, I had to wait 3 days for the person to drop it off. AND to top it all off they never even called me when the person returned my clothes. If I had not gone back to check up on this I bet you my clothes would still be there now. The place looks dirty and rundown, anyway. She also tried to blame another worker for her mistake to her boss. Meanwhile the other woman is a quality worker and I have never had a problem with her service. Rude, horrible customer service, no compensation, never going back.
