Indian food has evolved since Chef Verma opened Rangmahal in 1995. Chef Verma feels it is time to broaden the definition of Indian Cuisine and bring Rangmahal to the next generation. His son, Chef Apaar, with the guidance and Chef Verma's secret family spices and recipes, introduces new ingredients and innovative dishes to participate in the re-defining of Indian Cuisine.
