Trying to pick up my vehicle during office hours. They charge $30 and since it’s friday they also know if they hold your property til Monday they gain an extra $90. Shady service. If I was a credit union or bank I would not want my customers treated this way. Do not use this company for any service.

Great company!! On time, clean, very polite and customer service driven. They were very safe and cautious with my vehicle and showed up 30 minutes early and took my car to the dealership. I know towing companies can be sketch but these guys are true professionals. Honest group of guys,

If I could put 0 stars I would. They were dispatched by my insurance company for a tow and never showed, never called, nothing. Neither I nor my insurance company could reach them by phone on multiple occasion in an attempt to get an update. I honestly wonder if this company really exists. Thanks to them what should have been a less than 1 hour wait turned into an over 4 hour ordeal. Completely unacceptable to leave someone stranded for hours in 8-14 degree weather. Apparently they don't take EMERGENCY roadside assistance seriously. Avoid this company at all cost!!
