This company also owns BSC Towing. They were contracted by USAA insurance to tow my damaged vehicle to the USAA insurance car lot. I spoke with the tow truck driver when he picked up my vehicle and I asked him where it was being towed. He provided the address of my insurance car lot. My car was not delivered to the lot but was dropped at BSC Auto Lot. After a week and a half my insurance company tracked down my car and they tried to charge for a week and a half of impound fees to my insurance company! In order to get them to two it to the correct lot on the tow order, my insurance company had to pay CASH of $400.00. The owner or manager didn't have time to do a three way call with the managers at USAA to work it out. I will be filing complaints with BBB and anywhere else I can. My insurance company is discontinuing their relationship with this company. They lied about where they were taking my car and then took advantage of my insurance company by charging them hundreds of dollars just to get my vehicle towed to the correct place on the tow order.
Do NOT trust these people with your automobiles.

On April 15th 2017 at 9:45pm a BSc flatbed tow truck very aggressively tailed us down I-25 in Colorado Springs. The driver held his horn down and flashed his lights while we were going 10 over in a construction zone. Then, when we got over he blasted by us while waving hand gestures, and got over in our lane right on our bumper. He was towing a gold colored car at the time. This is very dangerous and unprofessional with someone else's property on the truck. Dont trust them with your car!
