Please don't bother with Lies. We have been more than patient. We've even tipped the drivers at Christmas! In the last year they have missed our recycling pickup at least 5 if not 6 times. There's always an excuse--sick drivers, new drivers, etc. Customer service is always nice and apologetic but come on! How can you run a business like that???

Do NOT do business with this company. They do not pick up as promised. Horrible customer service. It's been over a month since they picked up on the day they're supposed to. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. If I could give zero stars I would.

New customer. Did not pick up as promised. Called and rescheduled and still did not pick up. My trash has been sitting at my curb for over a week and still has not been picked up. Called their customer service and keep rescheduling but no pick up. Changed services back to all pro. Sofar on time service as promised and they even return my trash can up my driveway to my garage door. You really do get what you pay for.
