Watch out for these crooks . When they get to a mobile call they will charge you whatever they want.. $200 to look at a battery?

We charge a road call to go out the door. Then a minimum charge for time out on the road. We explain that prior to going onsite and the customer must agree to the charges before we go out. We do not randomly charge customers. The customer has the right to shop around for a better rate. For us to go onsite, it takes a mechanic out of the shop, plus fuel to drive to location, plus drive time to get to the location. Consider that charge to you versus having a tow charge to bring it to a shop. Our apologies for coming to your aid.

Worst place ever. my truck was leaking fuel due to a cracked fuel line. i called them and they charged me 600 dollars before they even arrive and they didn't tell me. a mechanic shows up and plays with the truck for 5 hours only to conclude that he was too big to fit in and he will require his boss send a tiny person. that never happened, so we got the truck towed. i went there next day just to find out that my truck was leaking oil pretty bad. when i asked i got the answer it was like that. i got mad and spoke with harvey the manager. they finally figured the leak was coming from the valve cover gasket which they removed and i don't know why they did. anyways i had a bill of 1500. parts costed me 80 bucks. typically to put a fuel line in a truck costs 380. big time rip off. i am in the process of filling small claims at the colorado municipal court. i paid an extra 150 because they had to put the drive line back on after the tow guy removed it. good thing they didnt charge me for the leak but it took them almost a day just to put the valve gasket back on.please stay a way from this place

This customer was charged for work performed AFTER the work was completed. We did not pre-charge. The customer gave us a budget and we repaired what we could with that budget. The truck had additional problems which the customer did not want to pay for to be repaired. We do not do work for free just as you the trucking company do not haul freight for free. Update: we have not been taken to small claims court as of this writing.
