POOR ORDER FULFILLMENT

I go to Popeye's quite a bit off from Quebec and about 56th or so. This visit, I had a coupon for a free 2 piece chicken (spicy was my preference) and biscuit with the purchase of a large drink. I also purchased a side of mashed potatoes/gravy and a blueberry cream cheese pie.When I got home, changed into PJ's and sat down to eat, I had Mild spice chicken, red beans and rice, NO BISCUT. The chicken was dried out and not good. Normally, I like their chicken and the sides. I have never had an order MESSED UP SOOOOOOOOOOO BAD. It also took them a long time for the pies. If they did not have any pies ready, they should have told me that when I ordered and I would not have gotten the pie. It was good but 15 minutes is too long to wait.I don't know if I will be using this Popeye's any more.
