I would give 0 stars if I could. The couch had a cockroach on it. I stood in their store for 2 hours just to get some help. I was told my first payment was taken care of because of the trouble i went thru. Tim promised my new couch would arrive Thurs. Tim calls and says my couch wont be here til next Thurs. I told him how upset and I was considering cnacelling after all I had been thru just trying to purchase a couch. He said he called around to other stores and my couch was coming. My couch never came and when I called Tim to ask about it throughout the day he even stated "it's coming, I wouldn't lie to you." The final conversation with Tim was him saying he is cancelling my order because I made him go out of his way to get a couch for me and because I didn't give them any money, and because he couldn't get a hold of my landlord (even tho it had been 3 days). He also mentioned something about cancelling my delivery because I had wanted a 24 month lease. I'm in awe at how I was treated. I feel discriminated against, lied to and ill treated. They toyed with me from the moment I walked in their store. They were rude, disrespectful, and lied to me.
