The High School of Commerce, also known as HSC, is an educational institution that provides a range of learning opportunities for more than 1,260 students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes math, English, language arts, social studies and technology education. The school also offers guidance counseling services. The High School of Commerce operates a library and media center. In addition, it provides scholarship opportunities. The school offers the English as a Second Language program. The High School of Commerce also provides special education programs for gifted and talented students. It is a part of Springfield Public Schools, which maintains various elementary, middle and high schools.
