Provided by YP.comWe have a dog that my husband has had mostly all his life. This year, his health got really bad and we discussed it and decided to have him put to sleep. I chose Commerce because I had a family member that had told me to use them. When I called to talk to them about it, they were very cold and acted like they didn't care about what I had to say. This was very hard for me because this dog is part of our family. As I was talking to the lady at the front, I noticed she got very quite...I then realized she was ignoring me and talking to the people in the back ground. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Animals are very special to their families and these people should be a little more caring when it comes to something like this.

Provided by YP.comWe have been seeking vet care for a myriad of creatures over the years and have lived and gone to many different doctors. This office has some of the most experienced and talented vets we have ever met. They have handled surgeries, routine care and death experiences with kindness and consideration. Dr. Crouch is beyond reproach in kindness and even the most delicate tempered creatures wag to see him. He is truly a dog whisperer! High ranks all around. There have been some recent staffing changes and overall, even better results. High praise indeed and recommended.

Provided by YP.comWe drove to Commerce from Greenville,SC for Dr. Phillips to crop the ears of our APBT. The procedure was done beautifully and professionally. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips. We compared fees and the clinic was within the price range stated by three various clinics.

Provided by YP.comVery uncaring staff. My cat was dying. I came back in to get more pain medicine and they told me they would give it to her this time (which I paid 21.00 for) this time, but she would have to have a rabies shot before she got any more. I was just trying to keep her alive for Christmas. They didn't remember me from days before and didn't read the file at all. Scary. Obviously more interested in money than caring about my cat.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT ADOPT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU GET A GOOD VET EXAM! I adopted from an ad on Petfinders with contact info of Humane Society of Jackson County. When we arrived from out of town, we were told they were pulled from a shelter and vet checked. Please consider adopting a rescue but beware of illness in the animal. My Shelby had to be put down 4 days after adoption because of severe whipworm (should be detected by fecal exam) and Parvo and Corona.
They don't tell you they work with animal control and get the adoption money or are paid to euthanize if not adopted.
Very uncaring people. Got a "curt" response when I responded to a reminder email about Shelby's shots. She had been put to sleep 30 minutes prior. I have a large vet bill trying to save her, to no avail! A larger adoption fee to include an exam would be appropriate! Shelby's 2 litter mates probably have the Parvo as they were in a pen together. I wish the new adoptee parents less heartbreak than I had.
I hope the people that DUMPED this litter of beautiful blue merle sheltie pups does the responsible thing and spays their female. I would be willing to pay for it!
Shelby had one day of love and caring, I have heartbreak!
PS>>>> They also board animals and have a holding area for pre and post surgical animals. Would you want your pet to be cared for there?
