Great company to work with when you are interested in buying a pool or spa. I find the staff to be helpful and friendly. Very competitive with prices and I find them very knowledgable when you have questions or concerns. Highly recommend Pool & Spa.

I am wring as working with Greg and his team for several years now in charge of marketing and their website. Also coming from a background in the pool business. My father had been in the pool business up north and I had grown up around it and worked on installations throughout my school years. Don't waste your time with this place. They quoted me one price over the phone and when I got there said that he could not sale it to me for that! A waste of time and gas going there!

This business has always stood behind their product and given good advice on keeping our pool clean.

A year ago this spring we purchased a pool from pool and spa clearance and the liner came down. They came this year and fixed it with no charge. When I go to have water checked by their computer system it is helpful but the most proven good comes from Gregg as he always gives helpful advice about products applying to the pool's maintenance. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a pool or spa.

Got an awesome deal on a spa. Even better service. Highly recommend to anyone on the market for a spa or pool.

We bought a hot tub less than a year ago. We didn't know it at the time but apparently it had a small leak. We kept losing water but thought it was our fault. It wasn't until we saw the water damage on several planks on our deck. The owner said that even though the hot tub was still under warranty, we would have to pay $125 for anyone to even come look at it. Do yourselves a favor- look elsewhere for a hot tub. The price was right when we bought it but they don't back their products!

I can't say enough good things! After spending weeks comparing prices, I finally found these guys. I traveled all the way from Colombia, SC. I purchased a high quality pool INSTALLED for less than other stores were charging for the pool alone. I only wish I had saved time and gone there first.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! Dont waste your time. Were told our pool would be put in and done on a saturday. Got a less than 24hr hour notice that worst case it would be complete by monday. They started grading saturday night after 5:00pm. Was told by ownet they would be back in the job "first thing monday morning" they didnt show up til 12pm... sloppy work at that. Didnt finish that day. Was told they woul be back out tuesday. Needless to say NO CONTACT from anyone till 9pm!!! And thats only because we called greg (owner) who isnt concerned about how upset and disapointed we were and doesnt answer or return your calls very well. Tried to send the guy out after 9pm... after them not being here by 10Pm, we said please come out tomorrow and finish. They never called us wednesday either.... i finally called AGAIN and AGAIN when by 4pm, they didnt show up. Finally they finished our pool wednesday evening after 8pm. Greg runs a very unprofessional company and does not care about making the situation right. I would never recommend them to anyone. We wont be buying our chemicals there, no any upgrades!

Go elsewhere. Lazy crew, substandard items, shoddy work, unwilling to correct multiple issues. And Greg is a pompous rude jerk!!!

We bought a swimming pool and spa combination. We are very busy people, they worked around our schedule as agreed upon. They fulfilled all obligations as required. We are very happy and satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend this company for any product and or service that they provide.
