I go out of my way to go here, and they are probably not the cheapest, but I like their professionalism and quality service. Getting a free car wash is also a plus! Recently my Kia required a change in a cabin filter, they were out of stock, so they ordered it, and just called to tell me it is in, taking it in this morning to be changed, again good customer service and all nice people in there.

Id give them a -1 if I could had my oil changed and fuel filter changed they crushed the fuel filter taking it off and clogged my injectors. Now the dealer is going to charge my big bucks to remove and replace the injectors

very bad experience, they changed the coolant and messed up my car, my heat started blowing cold air and the engine started overheating. don't take it there to flash the coolant of your car. I hope they don't do this to others my mechanics fixed my car and told me please don't take it there anymore.

I WILL NOT GO ANY PLACE ELSE I have taken my 2003 Ford Escape to Big Ray's Quick Lube for years and have had outstanding service everytime! They have NEVER pressured me to have anything done, have always been HONEST & their customer service is OUTSTANDING! I recently got a quote on brakes from a mechanic that was very high, so I was thrilled when I got my oil changed and was told that BRQL hired their own mechanic! Not only did they quote me $200. less for the same job, they did a great job. One of my favorite things about BRQL is I see the same employees year after year, so they know me & I know them. I have to drive a lot for my job, so it is nice to know I have the employees at BRQL to keep my truck safe & running. Give them a try, you will not be sorry.

I been to big rays many times i like the service the people new managementt they are nice friendly they inspect the whole car and they let you know every thing about it they don't force you to buy things they recommend every thing you need i like the place and i will always go back and i will recommend them try them out

My Ford Escape was serviced at Big Ray's Quick Lube for a SIMPLE air filter replacement. The mechanic put the WRONG air filter in my car which resulted in my car shutting down on the expressway with my four month old son in the back seat. We were on the on ramp that merges into the fast lane on US23. We were very lucky to get off the expressway alive without getting hit by traffic going 80mph. We were stranded for over an hour and it costs us over $100.



We presented them with documentation from the dealership regarding the air filter, which did not fit correctly and allowed debris into the engine causing it to shutdown. The owner refuses to reimburse us for their poor service which could have been DEADLY.
