I just had my car repaired at Ladd Road Collision.

I've had multiple (5 to be exact) car repairs done at this facility over the past 15 years.

Those repairs have range from just front end damage to complete Body Side replacements.

One thing that makes me come back to Ladd Road Collision is their commitment to use OEM replacement parts where they should be used.

OEM radiator support panels are critical for accurate replacement of other parts within the front end.

Ladd Road Collision used this philosophy when they repaired my 2010 Ford Focus from front end deer incident.

After the repairs were finished I inspected the complete front end for “GAP” alignment for the front doors, hood, and fender.

The “GAPS” were precise and probably more ACCURATE then what the factory would allow to go out the door.

THIS COMMITMENT TO THESE SMALL DETAILS AND THE FACT THAT MY PAST REPAIRS ARE STILL LOOKING GREAT WILL ALWAYS BRING ME BACK TO LADD ROAD COLLISION FOR ALL MY REPAIRS.

Someone something somehow some way it made me feel like a piece of crap and I don't like a lot of things especially Ladd Road Collision red red go away
