Just kind of silly. 200 and late to the gate. These people need a different job.

Years ago I took one of my friends to Prompt to get a transmission rebuilt. They were honest and did great work. Years later I took my van to Prompt for an opinion. No work was needed at that time and his honest opinion helped to ease my concern. Chuck is the guy you want to see if you want quality professional work from an honest businessman. Now it's time again to take my current truck to Prompt transmission for service (trans fluid leak). I'm confident that I will receive the same honesty, and quality work. I wouldn't go anywhere else for transmission work. Nice people and great work, both at a reasonable price. Thank you Chuck and all the people at Prompt! :)





Just got my Jeep back from Prompt Transmission. They got my jeep in, diagnosed, repaired and back to me all in the same day :) I know stuff like that isn't always possible, with having to wait for parts and such, but you guys made it happen! I have my Jeep back, good as new, and I'm back on the road! Good service, good people and all at a great price!
