Sold me an empty box of AirPods $200 down the drain ,managers were rude and will lie to defend themselves they say all the employees know to not sale unsealed items but apparently they need to do more training ,the guy that checks cameras was rude as can be and clam I told an employee the day before that Il be back for her as a threat but what I said was Il be back tommorow to talk to a different manager witch I did come the next day the guy didn’t care or wana hear me out couldn’t even look at me in my eyes .they beleave i was lieing and did not wana take a sec to hear me out or even think that it’s possible for them to make a mistake and treated me as I was trying to scam them without a second guess will be contacting corp please check items before leaving this was suppose to be a gift instead it turned into a bad experience thanks to the security guy and the managers for not hearing me out and being rude as they can be ….

Have been shopping there ever since the Kroger next door moved a couple miles. Never thought we'd buy at Walmart but their grocery dep't was OK. We must've spent tens of thousands of dollars there, being a large family with good appetites. Today, someone thought that we didn't scan a $5 pack of sausages while making a $150 grocery shopping. Instead of politely asking us to show the receipt, which would have ended it right there, they had us intercepted at the exit, paraded through entire store in full view of other shoppers to some small hot room in the back, and went through every single item we bought turning our card inside out. I understand doing this when you catch someone not scanning an item, deliberately or as an honest mistake, but treating customers that way when it was STORE's mistake is rude to the extreme. A trash store at it's core will always remain a trash store, I guess. Going back to Kroger's and waiting for the new Aldi's to open next door.

Terrible service whether you're in the store or trying to call. Just plain awful.
