Whatever you do - DONT stay here - this place is dreadful, dirty and is not worth staying in! The rooms are not "newly rennovated" - the bed was dirty, the pillows were stained, the TV was old, the carpet stunk and the towels were so thin you couldn't dry yourself. The A/C did not work well. There was no one on duty to complain to. There was NO PHONE, NO HAIRDRYER and no SERVICE. After the first night they didn't even bother to clean the rooms or give new towels! Ran out of toilet paper and there was no supply. And I had the "best" room - can you imagine what my friends' room was like! Don't stay here, it's not worth it - spend some more moeny (if you have to stay in Commerce) and go to the other hotel in town or go to the next closest town.



If I could give a lower rating than one start - I would! Trust me, this place is just awful!

This place is a dive. A dump. I had to change rooms because the first one was NOT cleaned AT ALL with bedding on the floor and the bed clearly had been used. Second room had spare mattresses standing up against the wall. Bathroom was not clean and there was a hole in the tub where the overflow drain should be located, tile on the wall was replaced with plywood and mortar. There were NO towels or washcloths in the bathroom and I was made to feel guilty for asking for them! There was black mold on the baseboards which is a huge safety and health hazard. Manager thought having a giant TV in the room would make up for the inconvenience of the first room. It did not. The second room was equally substandard. They never cleaned or made beds or left fresh towels while we were away for the day. Terribly overpriced at $55 per night. We will never stay here again and I highly recommend you sleep in a tent in the woods before staying here.
