seems to be a miscommunication between dispatcher and delivery driver. Two separate occasions, I had a delivery from Laguna Tools and the driver (not sure if he was the same one) arrived earlier than the delivery window agreed upon. First time, he banged on the front door expecting someone to be home. Well, some one was but he worked midnight shift at the hospital where he worked, and had just gotten to bed. He accepted the delivery anyhow, since he was already roused up from sleep with the loud banging.

The second time, I don't know what happened beforehand, but he arrived 2 hours earlier than the scheduled window. Well I asked him to come back at the correct time. I notified the office and they arranged (again?) the delivery time as previously scheduled.
