11/15/2014. I have had lousy service on this day, due to the lady at the drive through not remembering to return my change, so I asked her about it and she called over another girl who FINALLY gave me the change, is this how your kids get their expensive I phones? By stealing from your customers? And when I got home, no straws in the bag, and the burger was dried out as was the fries. This food must have been in the warmer trays for some time. Then about a week ago, I was there for lunch, and my debit card only had a little bit of money on it and I thought I had more. This card was of course rejected, since I thought there was more on it. So I used the other card I have. As it turns out, the first card with not enough money was fully drained by your fat lady cashier at the right end of the cash register line, as I was facing it. I need that money reinstated, I called the first card's CSR and they are trying to take care of it. If not my family lawyer and NBC news in GR will help me out. I was boycotting ALL fast foods, and now I will continue. A copy of this letter goes to Corporate.
