I called told people how i felt about my service ! they said they was sorry- They also told e they would follow up with management over this matter ! YET they lied . As they PROMISED !! They did not care ! if they did they would RESPOND BACK as PROMISED !! They treat there people as a # NUMBER NOT as a person is NOT a good thing ! I don't think they should even get one STAR !! I WOULD have like a REPLY BACK . I have told others how i was treated ! they where shocked !! My e mail is [email protected] .... PLEASE tell me why you would blow me off as if you don't follow up and why you lied telling me you was going to call me back !! i also added this to my Twitter and Facebook ! i wonder how Fox 17 or tv 8 would feel how i was treated ?
