For $175 a night we expect to check into a ready cabin. My father's cabin's bed had huge blood spots on the mattress cover. In our cabin, the a/c unit was leaking in the living room floor and wall, grease must have been on the stove because we had heavy smoke during cooking and something that looked like ash was blown in the air over the food, the windows don't have screens so flies were excessive when airing it out. One of the shower's handles kept turning, so it would not turn on. We called and spoke to Tiffani, and things were eventually taken care of. We demanded one night be comped because of the excessive issues. Tiffani was VERY rude, argued, had excuses for everything, and made us feel as though we were in the wrong. Because of the poor customer service we will not be returning.
