Provided by YP.comWould not recommend this place to anybody. When they delivered product to my house the delivery guys left trash in the street and didn't clean up anything behind them. The they sent a technician out to fix defects noticed at delivery. The technician was irrited at arrival that he was there to fix the chairs that were extremely uneven and minor defects on our new delivered table. He then sprays clear coat with out warning of any kind to my wife and children youngest being 4yrs old. Didn't use drop clothes or cover blankets on surrounding items so there is over spray all over my floors. My wife had to take kids out of house because the fumes were so bad in the house they could taste it in there mouths. We've only had the table 3 days already a major headache.

I will never darken their door again. I have had an electric recliner replaced once and repaired 5 times. I am now waiting once again for over 2 1/2 months for parts to be ordered and delivered. Both store mgr (Laura) and dist mgr )Gary never returned my calls after promising to look into the delays and issues. The warranty company is just as bad. DO NOT spend your money here people..IT IS A JOKE! I wish Zero stars was an option!

i saw a couch they had and was made by ashley furniture
and ashleys price 1499 found it on line and and other retail store
30 miles away for 899 same exact couch call them to have them price
match it they said to come down with add and they will price match it
wasted paper and time when took them the add they told me to go get it there
as they cant price match it for me so for me to drive 30 mile and save 600.00
was worth driving the 30 miles as i see they do have bad reviews
and i can see why so why buy from them as 40% mark up on
same stuff as others selling is crazy so i would not recommend them at all
better deal on the net and other places will give u same furniture at half what
they are selling , and the sales people are on commission so they more
marked up the stuff they more they make its like walking to a used car dealership

Provided by YP.comwe ordered a sectional in the format that was shown on the floor: chaise on the left and sofa on the right. we waited the full 3 weeks for delivery and the delivery guys brought in the chaise first and it was on the right - absolutely did not work for our family room. the delivery guys tried to tell us to take it anyways and we could return it later. luckily my husband did not fall for that so we rejected the delivery. sure enough if you do sign for it, you accept everything as being right and the deal is done. the very next day he went back to the store and said it wasn't right. sales guy of course wants to keep the sale so promises the world. that was over 2 weeks ago, and after approx 10 phone calls maybe we have finally gotten some closure. we have both called and been told over and over that mgrs are not availabe, on a conference call, with a customer or whatever. no one has ever called back. so today my husband gets ahold of someone with a concept of customer service, who reviews all the notes on our account (surpries they even kept those), and now we are promised a refund. the worst part is that we got rid of our old couches before the initial delivery and now our family room has been empty for days, and we have people coming over for easter but doubt we will even have something for them to sit on! the furniture looks decent but you know its cheap, so i guess you get what you pay for!!!!

Provided by YP.comThe review below mine is spot on. I was initially drawn here because of the price and ended up buying after one of their sales reps tried to give me a 'special deal.' The delivery did not come in two weeks, and I complained and all their employees did was give me excuses for how their delivery process was backed up and also guessed potential dates that my delivery would be ready. I can't wait forever for a bed, especially when other companies were promising a much quicker turnaround. Luckily, they allowed me to cancel my order and give me a refund.

Provided by YP.comWhile there prices are good, the customer service is HORRIBLE. I had trouble getting someone to answer my questions even thought there were six people sitting around the main desk basically doing nothing. Then they told me the items I bought (2 lamps and an ottoman) were in stock and would be delivered in a week and a half. It is now a month and a half later. My phone call to complain was never returned by the store manager, when I did speak to him he told me it was being delivered to the warehouse and would be getting called that day or the next. It is now a week after that phone call and I STILL haven't heard. I'm ready to just cancel the order and look elsewhere!
