Highly recomended for quick, reliable service. Friendly and courteous and when scheduled time could not be kept due to an emergency, quick to call and reschedule. Love working with these folks!

BF does fine work but it pays to negotiate price with them. My only complaint is that work was delayed by a day after it started, due to worker illness and no one notified us until I made inquiry hours after workmen were supposed to be at my home.

Helpful, courteous, and negotiated a very reasonable price (standard prices seemed a bit pricey).

Judy, the customer service representative scheduling my work was very helpful and professional. Pedro, the plumber who replaced my hose connection, inspected my home's plumbing and flushed the water heater was pleasant, informative, and professional. My only disappointment was that he arrived at around 12:15 which was later than the 4 hour window quoted to me (8am to 12 noon). I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because of their tardiness especially since I think a 4 hour window is somewhat excessive. Luckily I had taken the entire day off from work! Pedro answered all my questions and provided a written report, with estimates, identifying work that may need to be performed in the future. I will probably call this company again.

I was able to get assistance with a major plumbing problem at my rental immediately. The technician is awesome, on time, very knowledgable, very good customer service, answered my questions in detail. I definitely recommend Brian! Company prices are pricey, but if you need the job well done and on time, Brian is perfect.

I Have used this plumbing company for several years and they completed a big project of replacing a sewer line timely and efficiently ! The service workers are great and have knowledge of what needs to be done or they research to find the answers. They maybe pricey bit worth getting the guaranteed quality work and equipment. I Highly recommend them to everyone!

The first service call fixed the problems but there was a problem unresolved. BF was very quick to send someone out to get that open issue resolved, which they did in very professional manner. Great work.

Cole was a very polite and efficient plumber. He worked very clean and even helped put things back under my sink
