I am in the process of searching for a different company. I have had a few cardboard boxes on the curb for at least 3 weeks. We recycle a lot and fill up the bin and usually have extra. Our garbage can is only 1/2 full most of the time, even when we forget to take it out for a week (I don't want to throw anything away that can be recycled). Anyway, the only way they will haul it away (witnessed from piling boxes on top of the already full recycle bin) is if it is placed in the bin. It is frustrating and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Where is the customer service? I think they have the monopoly in Concord, Ca and so they don't care. I called them and they didn't even call back. I give 3 stars for the price, reliability, and size of cans (pretty big). Wouldn't mind recommendations of another company...perhaps an up and coming garbage company?
