I had a wonderful experience at Concord Toyota with my salesperson Ed Cortez. When I first came to Toyota in May I was in search of a new GR86 with an AT transmission. He said there was a premium model arriving in June and I was sold! He stayed connected and texted me with updates along the way. Ed was friendly, welcoming, provided excellent customer service and a no pressure sales experience. The General Manager, Mike greeted us on the day of my purchase. It was a pleasure working with Ed on the purchase of this brand new car. The Finance Manager Bhupinder Garcha was very nice and a pleasure to work with as well. I recommend Concord Toyota for your next car purchase. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Concord Toyota in the last 5 years. We now have three beautiful Toyotas in the drive way.
