Received a bill from them without any text in the description column of the invoice. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They had us call the hospital but the hospital said they have no record of the service we were being billed for. Come to find out my wife was being reported as the recipient of a lab test billed under my daughters name which she did not receive. A real headache. the phone number on the invoice differs from this one posted which is 510-964-0456



Check your bills people, they just might try and bill you for things you never received.
