Unfortunately, I have to post a poor review. The unfortunate part is, that overall, the entire process was incredibly easy, and Alex and Jordan seemed like nice, down to Earth guys. It wasn't the run of mill boring, drawn out, car buying experience.



Submitted my application on-line for a vehicle found on craigslist. Got the approval, went for a test drive, and discussed a few things I'd like taken care of on the vehicle, some of which were pointed out by Alex himself. Placed a deposit, and returned a few days later to purchase. Paperwork was easy, didn't take nearly as long as when purchasing a new vehicle, which was great. All but one of the issues was resolved with the car as we had previously discussed. I thought nothing of it, as it was a small detail, and proceeded with signing my paperwork with Jordan, as Alex wasn't there. Jordan didn't know what was promised to me, but attempted to help me out anyway, but couldn't resolve the problem. He promised that Alex would be in touch to resolve it. Jumping to the present, here we are going on day 17 and I still don't have what was promised to me before, during, and after the sale. On top of it, I can't even get a response to my e-mails, which is interesting, because before the sale I'd get a response within 30 minutes to an hour, tops. Since the sale was finalized with the finance company 15 days ago, I haven’t gotten any type of response to any communication. If you are still working on it, how about some communication? If you aren't going to provide the service that was agreed upon, just man up and tell me for Christ’s sake.



Tl;dr – Alex isn't a man of his word. Make sure you get everything you want completed on a due bill before you sign anywhere. The entire situation is admittedly my fault, as I didn't get a due bill, it’s just sad you can't conduct business with a handshake and a promise anymore, regardless of your opinion of the party you're doing business with. What happened to ethics?

After spending a couple months trying to find it myself, I gave Alex the brand, model, year, and color of the truck I was looking for. He was able to get what I wanted at a decent price, and set up the financing. Thanks Alex!
