Terrible customer service. Very rude moody workers. Very stinky animal.cages. Overall a bad unpleasant experience. Owner / manager should educate employees on how to welcome and treat visitors the best possible way. :-/

The employees are nice enough and sometimes they have some interesting animals in there but I've gotten nothing but trouble from the owner. At times he's rude and condescending, on multiple occasions he's tried to overcharge me thinking I wouldn't notice. He's tried to harass me into buying more feeder mice than I needed and even told me I should be feeding my green iguana (which is 100% an herbivore) crickets and mice.

This is just the tip of the ice-burgh of problems I've had and things I've seen there. I have recently boycotted this store and do not recommend it to anyone.
