This restaurant used to be really good. But today's service and food was terrible. I think they had just recently opened back up due to a health inspection closure. I wasn't aware of that until I heard the owner tell that to someone over the phone. First of all, my Thai Iced Tea had a VERY sour taste and I returned it. The owner would not taste his own tea, but will have one of the cooks taste it. He said it was probably an old batch of milk, but NEVER apologized. He did, however, give me a replacement tea, but in a much smaller cup. Hmmmm. Anyway, And then I saw a small cockaroach scurry along the floor. At first, I was concerned, but living in Hawaii before, I tried to pay no mind to it. The last thing that happened really 'sank the boat'. My $10 jumbo shrimp were very tiny and it tasted like it was marinated in poison. I told the owner that the shrimp may not be fresh, but he refused to consider the complaint and did not even want to try his own food. Makes me wonder...well, I am never ever ever going back there again. I'm hoping I don't get sick tonight.
