I posted a comment that a long time client sent to me recently .. It touches my heart that this program can be viewed as that valuable by them .. Thank you all trusted current and past Little dippers

We were just notified about this posting by a concerned parent that read it and wanted us to know of such a post. We really do not know exactly how to respond to it, as we do not think that this is a real post from a valid client. We are a family owned business and respond to any issues that may come up right away. Over the past 30 years in business we run only on referrals year after year, year round. I will address some of the things written, as it is not painted realistic. 1. This is a family ran business since 1981, and we do have a phone line. Since the lessons are run out of the owners home and she is in the pool teaching, phone calls are returned mid after noon after she is out of the pool or by a teacher who is not in the pool teaching. E-mails are answered within 1-hour even minutes. Anytime of the day even on off hours. This is very typical of any type of sport. Swim Team, Tae Kwon Do, Gymnastics etc. since teachers are teaching they are not standing by phones to answer calls as they come in spread out through out the day. Many of these types of school depend on e-mail communication. 2. Classes have been held in Pleasant Hill for the past 30 years SAME location taught by the same teacher (the owner). We have an afternoon and weekend pool for the past 5 years in Walnut Creek. So we do not have an issue of changing pool locations. 3. We have 10 teachers on Staff including the Owner, 5 of them have worked for Little Dippers for over 15 years, 2 of them 5 years and 2 for the past 2 years. Sometime teacher rotate their schedules around their school or family schedules. Teachers always give verbal heads up to their parents if they are planning to change their schedules. Who ever is teaching is more than qualified and students are in good hands. 4. Billing, all clients are on an auto billing account, the system runs payments on the 22nd of the month. The only reason there would be a problem with billing is if the client’s card on file was not valid, current or no funds in the account. 99% of our clients call in to update their accounts. There is a 1% that avoids updating their records to be current. Because of this we had to put a late fee in place. The only reason someone would have an issue with their account was if they did not bring their account current. We thank all of our loyal clients over the years and all of the referrals. We love what we do and love seeing the students grow season after season. Celebrating our 30th year in business and serving the East Bay has been a blessing. We are really enjoying seeing past Little Dipper Swimmers all grown up now bringing their own children to the same pool to learn how to swim that they once attended as a child. We are also so thankful to our staff. Many of them are also past Little Dipper Swimmers. They do a great job week after week carrying on the Little Dipper method and teaching children how to swim in a loving warm environment. Little Dipper Swim School
