I would like to respond to the previous review Clifton from 6/2013. I don't know what he ordered at Lucille's that he found was not up to the standards he found at a different location but we have been to the restaurant 3 times in the last 2 weeks because we enjoyed it so much. I do not usually order chicken when I go out but I ordered the fried chicken on our 1st visit and have ordered it all 3 times we have gone. We enjoyed our meals enough that we invited friends to join us last weekend there for dinner. We all loved the cheesy grits (and none of us liked grits before) and my husband said the baked beans were the best he has ever had. He ate the barbeque dinner on our 1st visit and there was enough for his dinner the next night. Try it for yourself and make your own decision but we are planning to go back next week again. I also loved the peach smoothie-like cocktail in the bar...

I frequently go here when I'm in LA the food great so I was happy to see one opening close to me good service food horrible ill wait until I go back to LA
