This community is too expensive and not safe at all. In three years my car got burgled twice. Their price is too high compare to a nicer places in Walnut Creek. No landscape, no nice view. Laundry room, always some of the machines are broken and takes your money and won't work.Walls are too thin that when your neighbor sneezes you can hear. And the best part is when you move out, they say they'll refund your deposit in 21 days, but they just fool you. I emailed after 30 days, they gave me bunch of BS, that they've send the check, but to who? to where? Then they fooled me again that they've sent another check. Today is 8 days,means 6 business days, still no check!! Company is so CHEAP that even doesn't want to pay 4-5$ to mail your check with priority service. Shame on these people that even if they wanted to walk from San Ramon to my place in Walnut Creek to deliver my check, I would have my money back by NOW. And then if your notice of moving out is not exactly 30 days, they charge you for EVERY SINGLE PENNY. So , please do not waste your money for renting at this place. Your time, money and safety worth a way more than this. So happy I don't see this community ANYMORE!
