The Sears repairman arrived exactly on time to repair our clothes washer. His analysis was thorough. He identified the problem and replaced the failed part. Also gave us some tips on improving washer performance including reducing amount of HE detergent used. We were very pleased.

The repairman came to check the washer as there was a lot of leakage last week--clear down to base of the garage door. How-ever, I had washed a "My Pillow" in it and wondered if that upset the balance and caused the leak. So I ran another wash just before he came and it drained properly with no leaking. I did feel he needed to check it to see if there was any evidence of leaking. He also suggested checking it and didn't find anything. He did a thorough search, checking everything, plus the washer which is also on the insurance so I was very pleased with his kind service.

The repairman was courteous and knowledgeable. Our repair required a part order. It was ordered and the repairman returned within the settled upon time frame. The dryer finally again can be run on a low temperature. Our appliance was under warranty. I would call the again even without our coverage. Great work. Thank you.

The woman who serviced our microwave was very thorough and knowledgeable. She had to spend some time on the repair because there were several things wrong with the appliance and she did even though she had 11 service calls that day. I had another appointment through my home warranty with Sears to repair the range top and that person was also very good. He solved the problem within 10 minutes. It was definitely a 5 star day.

First service person didn't know the difference between and refrigerator and a freezer. Forgot what she was doing and did not charge me for the second refrigerator she supposedly serviced. Had to call a second person in to balance the first refrigerator because that was not in her job description. Second person played around with the screws at the bottom to balance the refrigerator and instead of making the door swing shut like it should, he unbalanced the whole unit until it rocked like we were in an earthquake. Then he told me it was my floor and I should put shims under it. He tried to charge me for the visit but that refrigerator is on a Master Protection Agreement. He left. I am a 72 years old woman with a bad hip...I got down on the floor and balanced the refrigerator! I put out good money for this! Not my first bad experience with Sears Service. When my contract expires I will not renew it. I have had contracts on my appliances for over 40 years. Never again.

Joe was a nice person but when he called his support the person was very paranoid about having the customer present during call. That gave me the feeling of dishonesty from upper support. If i am paying for the call I should hear everything I would like to hear from your management

Our Serv.Tech Paul was fantastic. This was our 3rd repair call on this problem but this repair man was the most detailed out of the 3. He looked at everything on the fridge and freezer and after about giving up found a problem. He spent almost 2 hours on this call. He removed everything in the freezed and put all the food back in and cleaned up everything . I was very impressed with him. He was very polite and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend them. 5 stars all the way.
