Calling All Busy Mothers (or Fathers)

Family dinner...SERVED! Chicken, Red rice, or mash potatoes and gravy, salad, etc. The different flavors of the rotisserie chicken are all very good; "Peruvian" is my favorite. (Warning: whole chickens sell out early.)
