I have lived in my condo for 4 years and Alpine has been super responsive. They get back to me with answers usually the same day. Highly recommend them.

Nancy is awesome! So friendly and helps me with whatever I need.

Been with Alpine for over 20 years. They are adaptable to what we need as a Board of Trustees. Kris is highly professional. Although I don’t always get the answer I want, I understand I live in a condominium complex and have to follow the rules.

Could not ask for a better management company. Responsive, helpful and really knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I rent my unit and they even assisted bringing my tenant up to speed on what they needed to know

The property manager Elizabeth is super unprofessional. Example one: We are going to fine you because I trust the other lady more than you. Example two: we are going to issue fines directly without board approval because I am(Elizabeth) in charge of this, we don't need to give you notice and evidence. Example three: I feels like the dog is from your unit, I am going to fine you. Example four: We have nowhere to dump the snow, I have to put the snow on your parking spot, suck it up...

Utterly Unprofessional!! Kris, a property manager there, is rude and unprofessional! She yells at her customers in a public board meeting in matters that is not related to building management nor in subjects that she is qualified to pass personal judgments! I would give negative stars if I could! This company has a relatively low review ratings across all the internet rating sites. I was so appalled at her behaviour that I had joined these sites to report on this; I have never done this before!

We have been working with Alpine Management for many years now and are very happy! They have always been professional and easy to work with. We recently went through a big project at our condo and our Alpine manager was a HUGE help to us!

Our board meetings wouldn't run as smoothly as they do without Alpine Management's expertise. They keep us up-to-date on everything and help us prepare for what needs to be done. Our condo association benefits every month because of Alpine!

Alpine's Managers are very capable!! Our manager is always prepared for our Association Meetings. They always have the information and resources they need to manage our property. I'd definitely recommend Alpine Property Management.

We were recently looking for a management company to work with our condo association and found Alpine Management to be the best company for the job! They have resourceful managers, helpful admin staff, and competitive pricing! So far we have been very very pleased with Alpine!

I think the folks at Alpine are professional and responsive! They have helped our community with lots of complicated issues. They are great to work with!

Alpine managment is fine they have had to deal with a trustee here in Revere who is mad that his kickbacks have been taken from him. They have handled it with professional way that this person really doesnt deserve

i.I just want to say that the service that I receive from Alpine's office staff is stellar ! While I have had some issues with my manager, not returning calls and emails & never in the office, the support staff makes up for it. I always reach a 'live body' and they always are very helpful and pleasant.
