I have been at this place since the date they were opened. Always happy with the result and worry free about their sanitizing process. i did ask the owner about the bad review on yp. The lady wrote the review so terible. Here is the truth : it happened last year. Her name is Alexander, and the owner not sure that she did her nails at Fantastisk Spa or Somewhere else. when the owner talked with her on the phone,first she asked about Alex's infection nails and try to expalin it may happen to every one either they have no pedicure in their life. And then she said she would like to send the medicine over for Alex. But Alex so terible, she just want all her money back and medicine. she could not say what day she came (She said just few days ago. who know? she said she had appointment but the staffs could not find her name in appointment book.) and she could not remember who did her manicure and pedicure!!!! Finally the owner just want the customer satisfied so she told ALEXANDER she would send the medicine over for her. BUT ALEX she just want her money back. Okay the owner sent her money back EXACTLY $35 (not $20 as she told). They still have the copy of the check that sent to Alex. I think the owner really kindly and nice. Alex she got the fungus because so many reason. Some of my friend they got the fungus or infection sometimes because they wear the snicker all the time. They never got pedicure at any salon but the infection still happen. Any salon just be wear of some weak customers not really nice and kindy!

HORRIBLE experience, I came here for a mani pedi and got a really bad toe infection from them not washing the tub. my entire toe nail cracked, got a horrible infection and fell off and took a year to grow back. when I called them to get my money back it took 3 MONTHS and over 10 PHONE CALLS! every time I called they claimed the manager was "out" when she works nearly everyday. I finally got on the phone with someone and even though I do not have an accent of any kind, she kept laughing at me and saying "no understand hahaha no understand" and put A CUSTOMER on the phone with me. after they got enough laughs out of me I hung up. Finally after many threats to report them to the Health Bord and many ignored messages on their part she agreed to send me a medicine for my toe IF I sent her a picture of my face... after accusing me of my card not going through the day I went in to pay (which is not true because I paid in cash...) she said she would send me medicine for my toe... when I asked for her to send me my money back to the same address she said that if I wanted my money back she would not give me any toe medicine... annoyed beyond belief I said to just give me back my money! a month later I got $20 bucks in the mail.... not even the full price... DO NOT COME HERE they are extremely rude and will make fun of you to your face. I have lived in Concord my whole life and my friends no longer come here because of this horrible experience. seriously DO NOT COME HERE.

I love this place. Affordable. Quick. Quality. I get my brows done there all the time and they always do an awesome, best to make reservations just to avoid the wait. Good color selection.The decor inside is excellent, so that you don't feel as though you're in a nail salon. Plus they open on Sunday. My manicure lasted over 1 week, and pedicure has lasted over 4 weeks. I definitely recommend this nail salon! Manicure and Spa Pedicure $37.00 If you come in 7times and get the 8th FREE. Ask for Thao. She is the best.

I have come to this salon on last month. This salon very nice and clean! The lady working here very nice, friendly and speak English very well. I've had a wonderful pedicure and manicure than ever. This salon also do waxing and facial! The lady did my eyebrow she does really nice job, nice shape. I think this salon is the best salon in Concord! Highly recommended!
