Ridiculous. In the past have purchased a number of expensive (+200$) shoes here. Early in the summer purchased a pair of LetMeSee reading glasses for +60$. Now early September there is a crack in the bridge. Took them back and expected they would be replaced. Sales person went to see the manager. The manager did not bother to come downstairs and relayed that the company doesn't replace glasses but they would give me 10% on a new pair. Another customer snickered. I said that I expected the store to stand by their (expensive) products and give me another pair. She declined. Fetched the manager who was neither apologetic nor interested in the fact that I was a customer - wearing expensive shoes purchased from the store. I really was amazed and decided I would let other customers know. I find the attitude towards the senior, affluent customers demeaning and certainly won't go back.
