I've always have had a good experience at AC Moore. I'm the wife of a Vietnam Veteran and am able to receive a 15% discount on my purchases. Cashiers always say "Thank You For Your Service". I also have had work done in their picture framing department and have worked with Alysia, who is great. If you are a crafty person or need a last minute gift for grandchildren....AC Moore is the place to find all your needs.

I visit AC Moore often and have not had a bad experience until recently. I waited in line for 10 min, when I finally got up to the register I attempted to use a 25% off total order coupon. The sales associate could not get the coupon to scan so she called another sales associate over there (Virginia). Virginia was very rude, she looked at my coupon and said "That expired at 1:00. Learn to read!" I was blown away that somebody would say something so rude and condescending to a customer. All she had to do was tell me my coupon had expired there was no need to tell me to learn to read. I work in the medical field with underprivileged patient's. A Lot of my patients are illiterate so a comment like that is exceptionally offensive to me. I am hurt by the treatment I received and the personal attack brought on by an AC Moore employee. I will not be shopping here anymore.
